Principal & Head Dance Teacher
Charlotte Fastiggi
Hi I'm Charlotte, a dedicated Head Teacher with a passion for dance and a wealth of experience in the field. With over 11 years of teaching dance to various age groups and abilities, I take great pride in my students' achievements, all of whom have achieved a remarkable 100% pass rate for RAD examinations.
My journey in dance began at the tender age of 3. It was there that I discovered my love for this art form and nurtured my talent. At the age of 8, I became a Dance Associate at The Hammond a prestigious dance school in Chester an experience that truly ignited my passion for dance. The encouraging environment and invaluable training inspired me to pursue a full-time place at the school. I was fortunate enough to secure a scholarship and embarked on my full-time dance training at the age of 11, attending as boarding pupil.
Continuing my professional studies at The Hammond from the age of 16, I specialised in Dance and Professional Musical Theatre. Throughout my educational journey, I had the opportunity to participate in numerous professional productions, including captivating shows like "42nd Street," "Cabaret," "Thoroughly Modern Millie," "Into the Woods," and many more memorable in-house productions.
Upon graduating, I felt a deep desire to share my passion and love for dance with others. Consequently, I applied and was accepted into The Royal Academy of Dance teaching course, where I honed my teaching skills and further developed my knowledge of the art form. Now, with over a decade of teaching experience under my belt, I can confidently say that I have the best job in the world!
Teaching dance brings me immense joy as I have the privilege of witnessing my students discover the same enjoyment and fulfillment that dance has brought to my life. It is truly a rewarding experience to see them grow, both technically and artistically, and to be a part of their journey towards achieving their dreams.
As a Head Teacher, I am committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for my students. I strive to create a space where they can explore their creativity, build their confidence, and develop a strong foundation in dance technique. My teaching approach is a harmonious blend of discipline, encouragement, and inspiration, ensuring that each student feels valued and motivated to reach their full potential.
I look forward to sharing my expertise and passion for dance with you or your child. Together, let's embark on a transformative journey through the captivating world of dance!

Head of Acrobatic Arts
Molly Rose-Street
Hi, I’m Molly, the Head of Acrobatics/Mini & Young Dance Teacher at the Professional Academy of Dance. I am a performer, teacher, and choreographer with over 9 years’ experience of teaching dance to a range of ages and abilities.
I began dancing at the age of 5. I danced competitively throughout my childhood, working my way through numerous ballet, acrobatic and modern dance exam syllabuses. At 16, I started training professionally and completed my Extended National Diploma in Dance gaining the highest accreditation possible (Triple Distinction*). I was then offered a place on the Dance Practices course at Liverpool John Moore’s University where I studied for three years, graduating with a BA First-Class Honours Degree specialising in Contemporary Dance. In 2018, I embarked on an MA in Arts Management specialising in Dance at Queens University, Belfast, graduating with a Commendation. I am also a fully certified and qualified Acrobatics Dance Teacher with Acrobatic Arts.
Since graduating, I have been working across the dance sector in Northern Ireland and am currently the only Northern Ireland representative on the Steering Committee of the National Dance Network (a peer support network for dance across the UK).
As a performer, I have danced on tour in Baltimore, Maryland (USA) as well as at the Birmingham International Arts Festival, The Tate Liverpool, The Birmingham Hippodrome and Disneyland Paris.
As a teacher, students I have previously taught have secured exceptional exam results, competed to win local, national, and international competitions as well as gain places at conservatoires across the UK and abroad for professional dance training.
I am dedicated to supporting every single student to develop technically whilst creating an encouraging, and nurturing environment in which they will thrive. I look forward to seeing you in the studio and sharing our passion for dance!
